To be honest if you need the added benefit of pads then you might be better with traditional Bras that include padded cups and wired support.

These Bras are made from woven, comfort stretch fabric that custom conforms to any size. They have a wide lift band for comfort and they give some form of support. The key to these Bras is that they do not use under wires, hooks, pads or adjusting straps.
They can be doubled as a camisole for a smooth, stylish appearance and the wide straps don't dig into your shoulders.
They look great, are easy to clean and bounce back to their original shape after being in the washer and dryer.
Do these Bras provide support for very large breasts?
We have to be realistic. If you currently need a lot of support and you always wear Bras with wired support and adjusting straps to enable you to pull your bust higher, then these Bras are probably not for you.
However, this is a question of each individual. Some women with very large cup sizes are happy with these Bras and some are not. The great thing about the Beauty Bra is that if you buy it and it does not fit you can just return it for an exchange for another size or for a refund.
