Marketing
We do retain your name and contact information which we use to keep you informed of new products, discounts and services from time to time. We do not make your contact details available to anyone outside of our business operations.
How to Purchase 24/7
On our website there are 2 ways to purchase. If you use the Buy Now Buttons on the various pages of the site, your purchase is processed directly and securely and you will receive a receipt once we have processed your payment.
You can order by post: Make Cheques payable to African Butterfly Limited - and send to the address below.
Order Confirmation
When you order you will receive a confirmation email. Once you have that you can be assured that we have your order and that we will dispatch it to you as soon as we can.
Making changes to your order.
We operate an automated system that does not cater for changes after the order is placed. Please therefore make sure that you order requirements are correct before pressing the submit button.
So please be careful and check your order particularly the size, colour and quantity fields before you confirm it.
Return Policy (We do not accept returns on Goods sold in our Sales)
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you want to exchange for a different size or colour, please send it back within 30 days of date of your purchase (found on your receipt). The product must be unused and be returned in the original packaging with all the contents including your receipt (or copy), all inserts, coupons or special offers. Make sure it reaches us by sending it by recorded delivery (requires our signature upon delivery) to the following address that is located on the packing slip that came with your bra. That address is as follows:

If the address on your receipt or packing slip is not the same as the address above, or is missing altogether, you have most likely bought the product from some other website.

Rest assured, if you are not happy with your purchase we will refund you your money in accordance with the policy stated here.
Upon receipt of returns, we do our best to send out replacements for exchange items within a couple of days. For money back returns we will credit your account within a few days of receipt of the goods. We do not return the postage and handling fees.
Information on Shipping
We send UK goods by recorded 2nd class mail for UK destinations. Airmail for all others.
How long will it take to receive your order?
We can usually despatch goods within 2 to 5 days of receipt of order. However, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery as sometimes volumes are such that we cannot despatch any faster.
Lost packages
We will always do our very best to ensure that you get your order in a timely manner. In the event that we are unable to do this, we will either advise you by email or post information on our website.
Your acceptance
When you buy from us you accept that we will dispatch the goods by normal airmail to countries outside of the U.K. This means that the only proof of posting we have is the postal receipt from the post office. If goods are lost in transit using this system we are not responsible for the replacement or refund of payments.
Priority mailing
We can offer signed for priority mailing for International markets, contact us on
info@beautybra.co.uk to arrange and pay for priority mailing.
Policy Relating to the supply of Free Bras From time to time we may offer a free bra in combination with other purchases from this website. Due to the high demand for these bras we do not always have all of the colours in stock and therefore are not able to offer a specific colour for the FREE BRA.
